Contract Work - Art Therapy in Your Organization
At this time I am offering contract art therapy services where I can bring art therapy groups or workshops to your organization. I am offering in-person and online services. Together we can collaborate on an art therapy program that best suits the needs of your organization. I have experience facilitating art therapy groups in post-secondary schools, assisted living facilities, and senior’s residences. I have worked with many different populations including: seniors, people of all ages affected by serious and chronic illness, caregivers of those with serious illnesses and people with diverse-abilities.  Art therapy would be the perfect fit for healthcare professionals needing support, students in post-secondary colleges and universities, seniors living in assisted facilities or the staff who support them, and many others.

Fees 
Consultation: 15 minutes free (Virtual or phone)
Individual (one-on-one) Initial/Intake Session: 1 Hour/ $135.00 (plus HST tax) 
Individual (one-on-one) Regular Scheduled Session: 1 Hour/ $135.00 (plus HST tax)

Group Therapy: Fees vary and will be a lower rate per person hour than my regular hourly rate, please schedule a consultation to discuss further.

Method Of Payment
E-transfer is the preferred method of payment. Client will be provided with a receipt upon payment. Full payment is due before the scheduled session. In the event that the payment is not made, payment will be required prior to scheduling the next appointment.

Cancellation & Missed Sessions
Cancellation of a scheduled session requires 24 hours notice via email or phone. The only exceptions are due to a medical emergency. If a client is not present for their scheduled appointment, a partial amount of the session must be paid in full before rescheduling further appointments.

Insurance Coverage for Ontario Clients
Registered Psychotherapist fees are not covered by OHIP. However, the fees may be completely or partially covered by your extended medical plan or your company or workplace’s extended health benefits. If you are planning to use insurance or third-party coverage, you are required to cover the full fee, regardless of the amount reimbursed to you. Painted Key Art Therapy will provide receipts for you to submit for reimbursement.
